The Importance of Feeling Good

Everything Vibrates

The importance of feeling good is essential to manifesting good things. Our feelings and emotions are “vibrational” things. The entire Universe is vibrational. And the vibrations we send out into the Universe, is what comes back to us. Our vibrations attract similar vibrations from the Universe, and we get more of whatever it is that we send out.

Everything you feel, see, touch, and even the most miniscule things you cannot see, are all vibrational things. We cannot escape this vibrational existence. Everything vibrates, even your thoughts.

 

Our Thoughts are Constantly Vibrating

The energy of our thoughts are constantly vibrating. This vibration is the communication that the Universe receives from us. Thoughts of feeling good are what we want to communicate.

The thoughts we have day in and day out are sending out vibrations to the Universe about what we want. If our thoughts are focused on anger, sadness, lack and other negative aspects of our lives, we attract more negativity. When we focus on what we don’t have, lack, the message to the Universe, is that we want more lack. Lack is the vibration that we are creating, our communication to the Universe is clear, therefore it will send to us exactly what we ask for, lack.

Therefore, we have to teach ourselves to focus on positive thoughts. So, we focus on what we appreciate and on gratitude. The thoughts which are vibrational, will communicate to the Universe what we want. It will send to us more things that we can appreciate and be grateful for. Appreciation and gratitude are the vibrations you are creating for yourself.

 

We are Always Communicating to the Universe What we Want

This used to confuse me to no end. I used to believe that, if I told the Universe what I didn’t want, it wouldn’t send it to me. It made no sense to me. As I continued to educate myself about the manifestation process, I finally realized it was not about the words.

The Universe does not communicate in words, we humans do. The Universe works with the vibration that our thoughts and emotions emit. Therefore, this is how we communicate to the Universe what we want.

The Importance of Feeling Good

This is where the importance of feeling good comes in. When we are focused on the things we do not want, we generally feel bad. When we focus on the things we do want, we generally feel good. This place of feeling good, is where we want to be as often as possible.

Even if it isn’t about manifestation, if you are feeling bad and you want to feel good, change your thoughts. Find something that you enjoy thinking about, even if it’s just about a cup of tea or coffee. Think about how enjoyable it is to be greeted with that aroma every morning. Perhaps you can think about having a piece toast covered in a sea of melting butter, that works for me. Whatever gets those juices flowing in your mouth. The point is, if it makes you feel good, use that thought.

Once you get the wheels turning other things will come to mind that you can appreciate. Get yourself in a daydream state and keep up the momentum as long as possible. If you catch yourself drifting into negative thoughts again, look for more things to be grateful for. The more you do this, the easier it becomes.

Our Thoughts Communicate What we Want

Always remember that our thoughts are constantly vibrating. The thoughts and emotions we have, are our communication vehicle to the Universe to bring us what we want.

 

We are Vibrational Beings

We are vibrational beings with feelings and emotions, that also cause vibrations to happen. Our emotions let us know how our thoughts are making us feel. It is the physical result of our thoughts which are either good or bad.

I feel my emotions in my solar plexus. Some people may feel them elsewhere in their bodies. The chest, the back, the head, it is unique to everyone. It is up to us to locate and to pay attention to what our body is trying to tell us.

It is also up to us to keep our vibrations in a happier place as much as we possibly can. All it takes is practice to focus on what makes you feel good. The importance of feeling good, therefore, is to send out happy vibrations to the Universe, so that it can know what you want. Practice every chance you get.
