How Your Inner Thoughts Create Your Outer World

 

Your Thoughts are Powerful

Your thoughts have a powerful impact as to what you manifest in your outer world.

If you are like most people your thoughts are likely to be focused on your problems. Your thoughts are powerful but so are your words. Unfortunately, what you focus on in your thoughts, you also have a tendency to share with others. This makes your thoughts even more powerful. 

You use your words to share your problems with those others who will listen. Doing this will not make things better for you. Your problems will expand the more you talk about them.

When you focus on these negative thoughts and speak about them to others, it gives your thoughts more power. All negative emotions, such as sadness, anger, and depression, create a recipe for failure.

Your inner thoughts create your outer world. Don’t give them power by speaking of them.

 

Change Your Inner Thoughts

It’s very easy to to figure out what you’re thoughts are focused on. It is normally what you talk about and think about the most.

You can change your inner thoughts by spinning them into positive thoughts. If you are thinking that you have a lousy life and that the world is against you, try to imagine the opposite. Tell yourself a new story, look at all the positive things that appear in your life and say thank you to Source or the Universe for everything positive in your life. Do so often.

Change the story and add feelings and emotions as you experience the feeling of joy for all you have. As you practice this new way of life you will find that those negative areas of your life will dissipate. Remember that your inner thoughts create your outer world.

As a caution, do not share with others what you are doing. They will probably not understand and will perhaps argue that it will not work for you. Work on this new way of life within your own mind.

 

Change Will Come When Your Thoughts Change

Take note, these changes will not happen over night. It takes a bit of time to make such huge beliefs. Those negative thoughts are strong especially if you are prone to them. Therefore, be patient with yourself. It takes practice to change your thinking ways.

A change in your outer circumstances will begin to happen as you change your inner thoughts. This practice will also prompt you to speak differently about your life to others.

Drop negative words such as; “I can’t, I hate my life, I hate my job, the world is unfair, nobody cares”, and so on. This negativity has to stop if you want your life to change for the better.

Therefore, try to become conscious of your thoughts and words. It is all about what you want to manifest for yourself. So, be conscious and choose your thoughts and words carefully.

 

Use Affirmations

There are tons of affirmations available to you online and in books associated with the LOA. You can make them up if you like making them specific to your situations. Just use them often especially when you are thinking destructive and negative thoughts.

I personally use, “I am joyful, I am healthy, I am grateful, and My life is abundant”. My focus is on them because these are the things I want to manifest in my world.

I don’t always feel joyful and happy. However, as I begin to use the affirmations, I do feel better, happier and more joyful. I use the “I am grateful” affirmation more so than any other. It always brings me joy and gladness, every time I use it.

Listen to your thoughts and to how often you use the words “I Am” an hear the full sentence. When I started to pay closer attention to my thoughts, I was shocked.

I was saying things like, I am so ugly, I am so stupid, I am so fat, and I am never going to be happy”. These were the most common ones. Unfortunately, there were many more and I focused on them a great deal.

Hopefully you can become aware of your thoughts and how you can use them. Do this because you want to create a better life for yourself. Your life is created through your thoughts and what they are focused on.

Your thoughts are what create your feelings and your emotions. Those elements that attract into your life the manifestations you desire for yourself.
