Stop Worrying and Start Living

 

To stop worrying and start living is essential if we want the Law of Attraction to work for us.

The LoA is constantly being used by you weather you know it or not. Unless you use it consciously, you attract what you focus on the most.

The LoA does not care what your thoughts are about. Because the law works on the basis of your feelings. Your thoughts, words, and actions cause your frequency. This frequency is what the LoA picks up coming from you. These frequencies are a sign to the universe about what you are feeling. Either positive or negative energy is being emitted from you.

If you are worrying, then you are feeling bad. You therefore, get more feeling bad feelings. This is the law. It gives you what you are focused upon. Therefore, if you want to attract good feeling stuff, you need to focus on what makes you feel good.

 

Don’t Blame the Law of Attraction

Don’t blame the LoA, for your bad day. It is giving you exactly what you are focused on the most.

When you listen to the radio, you are tuning in on a specific channel. You set your dial to the frequency of the channel that broadcasts what you want to listen to. If you want heavy metal and you tune in to a channel that broadcasts country and western, oops, too bad. Tune in to the frequency of the channel that will provide you with heavy metal.

It is the same thing when you set your inner frequency, with the feelings, thoughts and actions that you focus on. If your frequency is set on worry. You can bet that you will attract more worrying. So stop worrying  and change your thoughts to a feeling good channel.

 

Worrying is a Negative Frequency

Worrying is a negative frequency. You know that because it makes you feel bad inside. I personally an upset stomach, it prevents me from sleeping, and I get grouchy. The more I focus on worry, the more I am given. I just keep attracting more thoughts about things to worry about.

Therefore, I know I have to stop worrying in order to feel better. I change my way of thinking and my perspective on that specific situation.

For example, I may be worried about not having enough money for a bill that has to be paid. I have every excuse I can come up with to keep worrying. As if worrying will solve the problem. It will not do so ! Even when I tell myself not to worry, I justify the worry. Just doing everything in my power to keep worrying.

The LoA has no other recourse than to give me what I am focused on, worrying.

Worrying is probably due to domestication issues. Some of us have been taught throughout our lives that we should worry about things. It’s like it has been built into our subconscious minds. We believe that there is something wrong with us if we are not worrying about something. Almost as though we think that if we are not worrying that things will turn out badly.

 

 We Eventually Become Conscious

We eventually become conscious about our thoughts and we decide that we have had enough. At least this is how it happens for me. I feel so terrible, my stomach is always upset, and I am so tired because I cannot sleep. No wonder I get grouchy. There is something deep within that is telling me to stop worrying and to start living again.

Now is the time to change the frequency that my feelings and emotions are causing. My perspective on the situation begins to change. I tell myself a different story about this bill and my lack of money. There were many times when I worried myself sick about things like this. The worrying only caused more worrying, more anxiety, and more lack of sleep. All for nothing.

For some reason, deep inside, I know without a doubt that everything will turn out just fine. I know this, because everything always has a way of doing so. As long as I don’t sabotage it by more worry. It is the same for everyone. We all have this knowing within us. You have this knowing within you !

Little by little as you find good things to think about, your frequency will change. It is as easy as changing a radio dial. Suddenly you will realize that that you are feeling much better and you thus, stop worrying. You start living again.

 

The Law of Attraction Teaches you to Feel Good

The LoA teaches you to feel good. Even if you do not believe in its power to manifest the material things that you want, It helps you to change mentally.

It can help you to feel better about your circumstances. We all know how powerful out thoughts are. Foe example; if we hang around with negative, unhappy people, it rubs off on us. Half the time we wonder why we feel so bad. We often do not make the connection. If this is happening to you, then find new people who are generally happier and much more positive. I guarantee you, things will change in your life. It is inevitable.

Your thoughts do the same thing to you. If you have unhappy, negative thoughts, you are going to feel bad. Like attracts like, this is the Law of Attraction doing what it does. Like the Law of Gravity, it has its purpose and does what it is meant to do. What you focus on you get.

Stop worrying and start living. It is in you to do so.
