What Will you Choose for Today?

What will you choose for today? Let’s say you woke up this morning “knowing” that you can choose the kind of day you want to have. Choices, for example, to only have positive circumstances touch you today.

“Knowing” is the operative term here. You “know” without a doubt that you can affect your day simply by choosing to. Somehow, you have become aware that you have this power. All you have to do is ask, imagine your day as you want it to unfold, believe it is done, and keep feeling good.

So, you begin your day acknowledging that you are aware that you can have a positive day. You choose how things will manifest for you. You ask Source, The Universe, God, (it doesn’t matter what you call it), for what you want. Let’s call it a stress free day.

 

You use Your Imagination

You use your imagination and picture the way you want your day to unfold. What will you choose? From the moment you step foot on the floor to the moment you get back into bed tonight.

You picture how you want your day to look and to feel as though it is actually happening. Get a momentum going of good feelings, and feeling grateful. Hang on to this momentum for as long as you can. Even as you arise and begin your morning rituals.

 

The Key to Having What You Will Choose, Work out for you

Belief is Also Essential

The key to having what you will choose work out for you, is to keep up this momentum. When you find yourself drifting away to negative thoughts, bring yourself back to seeing your day unfolding positively.

Belief is also essential. I kind of see this as the glue that binds all of this together. There is no need to worry or stress. Because, you “know” that the choices that you make for yourself today, are yours to enjoy. Therefore, have to “believe” in what you “know” to be true.

 

Loose Your Belief, Loose Your Choice

Now you have made your choices that will carry you throughout your day. You have asked for what you want. It is planned. The positive thoughts and feelings are established, and you believe that you will receive what you want.

Now, you have to sustain this belief. If you loose this belief, you loose your choice. There is no need to think about your choices, they are already being taken care of. Thinking about them will only get you primed for negative thoughts, especially because, there will be negativity around you. As soon as you notice negative thoughts, go back to feeling good.

To bring back the happy feeling you felt that morning, You can use any positive thoughts that bring on positive feelings and emotions.

 

Negative Circumstances may Show up

Negative circumstances may show up, but, just try to let them go. Ask for help from Source, then go with the flow. Stop trying to be in charge of your circumstances. Just do your best, and know that you have a helper in the background doing the hard work for you. Furthermore, your helper is doing this out of pure joy.

There are going to be negative people enter into your experience today. In your reality, tv, your phone, iPad, it is inevitable. However, you do not have to engage in this negativity. Change the subject, walk away, or turn your tv off. Whatever, is available to you.

Give the situation back to Source, and allow “It” to deal with the issue, the people, whatever, the problem may be.

Once again, it is your job to feel good, to be positive, and to let it go. Go with the flow, and go on the path of least resistance, which will upon up for you. This will allow Source to take care of your day.

 

Be Grateful Throughout Your Day

When you get breaks throughout the day, bring yourself back to feeling good. Be grateful for your day thus far, and remain in that mode for as long as you can

I always get myself on track by being grateful. Just saying thank you for all the things I can think about that make me happy. As a consequence, the joy begins to flow through me again. I do this as often as I can during the day. I also try to go for walks, being in nature seems to calm me if I am in a stressful situation.

 

Expect to get Better at This

What Will you Choose for Today?

Expect to get better at this every day. This is a learning process like anything else. Be patient with yourself. It could take days, weeks, and/or months before you get complete results.

In the mean time, write down all the positive aspects of your day before you go to sleep. Set your intentions for the following day. Get into a pattern of doing this every day. I guarantee you that will eventually see an improvement in your day to day life. It is inevitable.
