What is Your Inner Being?

Inner Being is the term used to describe the non-physical part of the self and I often hear It being referred to as , Soul, God, Higher Self, Source, and Spirit. I often call It my Inner Compass as It guides me along my life’s path. Inner Being encompasses all aspects of our consciousness. Our outer body, our inner body, and our subconscious mind. Everything that makes us what and who we are. It also loves us unconditionally and never judges us.

I consider the Inner Being as the real me. It is the part of the body which is typically ignored by most people, and this is understandable because It has no physical appearance, and cannot be tasted or physically touched. Therefore we forget that It is always and forever with us. It is often spoken about by spiritually minded  people, and I was first introduce to It through my religious upbringing and It was referred to as the Soul.

I believe that when we ignore this aspect of ourselves, we are missing out on on our power to consciously create the life we want for ourselves. It is an ancient part of us, and when our bodies die, because our Inner Being is the non-physical part of us, it continues to live on. It knows us completely and loves us unconditionally, and It is that inner voice that we should all learn to listen to. Our Inner Being is connected to Infinite Being.

What is Infinite Being?

Infinite Being is the non-physical part of you, and is the word I often use as a synonym for God. I believe that God, or what ever term you choose to call It, created with Itself within us. Our Infinite Being is God within us.

Infinite Being is unlimited in time, space, duration and distance and It is limitless in power, capacity, knowledge and wisdom. It is immeasurable in every capacity conceivable and It is perfect in every way. It has no boundaries, no borders, no shape, no form and we are interconnected to Infinite Being through our Inner Being.

We have access to It’s intelligence and power and and we are expected to use it. We need to learn to communicate with our Inner Being so that we can ask questions and learn to listen for the answers that we are given. It often speaks to us through our dreams, visions, symbols, coincidences, and our feelings and will guide us in the right direction as we learn to listen to that still small voice within us.

How to Connect to Our Inner Being

Different people have different ways of connecting and the most obvious was is through meditation. I am in the beginning stages of learning to meditate, and I do about 10 to 15 minutes in the morning before I begin my day.

I have been fortunate enough in my life, to have received several powerful dreams and visions. Most recently, I have been able to experience the feeling of Inner Being within me. It is a powerful feeling of joy that begins in my solar plexus and eventually spreads throughout my entire body. It is the most delicious feeling of joy. But it is indescribable.

I communicate through my thoughts and at times out loud, especially when I am alone and out in nature. Because of this communication I have received information, guidance, financial help, and emotional healing. I have often been led to books, speakers, teachers, and people in general, who have come into my life just at the right time and place.

I, therefore, communicate with trust in all areas of my life. The wisdom that I receive never lets me down. However, I let myself down when I choose to ignore the advice I receive.

The strongest connection and the highest level of joy, comes to me when I am feeling grateful. Sometimes I am in that grateful zone for an hour or so at a time. I stay there as long as I can just to experience the massive amount of joy and happiness I have within.

Letting go and Allowing Inner Being to Express Itself to You

It is important to find your own way to relax, to let go, and to let things be. Don’t try to force things to happen. Just allow your Inner Being to speak to you, and allow your thoughts to flow. Don’t be to quick to think that what is coming to you is something that you are making up. Give your Inner Being the non-physical part of you, an opportunity to connect with you.

When I relax I am open to possibilities and expected results come easily. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night with ideas flooding my consciousness. At times, I wake up in the morning with answers that fascinate and astound me.

If I begin to feel anxious, I try to go for a walk, I then focus on all the things that I feel gratitude for. It only takes moments to get in touch with Source.

 

This Will Not Happen Over Night

If you are just learning to communicate with your Inner Being the no-physical part of you, don’t expect it to happen over night. It takes time to learn a new skill. I taught myself to pain art that I was proud to hang on my walls, but it took me almost a year before I did it well. Its the same idea with communicating with Inner Being, be patient and trust in the process. You will get there.

So, keep trying, don’t give up, it is definitely worth the wait. Even if it takes a long time, you will not regret the journey inward, nor the benefits that will ensue.

Having a healthy dose of self-love will go a long way in helping you to connect. Ask the Universe to give you this ability, every day, and often. You can begin by saying something such as this, “I want to love myself unconditionally today and every day. Will you please show me how to do this? Thank you.” Be aware of being led to new people, new books, something different that pops into your life that grab your attention. You never know how the answers will come.
